Just one of my most triumphant moments while playing For Honor, during the open beta.
I went for a jog, in the first time in months (As I do), but before I went I installed an app to track my progress… the result was less then inspiring.

Sorry… So yeah I started playing WoW again. Now I might not be one of the Hardcore addicted players that lost years of their life to this game, but I have lost many months to it at times. There are a lot of nice things coming to the game with Legion, and well… I’ve got a lot of friends (mostly friends of friends) who are going to be playing… The PTR was free, so I jumped in to check out the class changes (it was the Hunter’s survival spec with a freaking Grappling hook that sold me). Hunter was really fun, Enhancement Shaman was fun, Warrior Tank and Fury were both really fun, and I honestly can’t remember what else I really tried.. Well there was paladin tank, but I hated it. After I reactivated my account I went through my characters and… while I don’t much like goblin, I just … got really tempted to make a goblin character.. I chose to make a rogue, and now I’m really excited to lvl him up and try out the Outlaw (Pirate) spec. Which Can have a grappling hook too!! why didn’t anyone tell me that !? I’m also excited to try out Demon Hunter, though I can’t decide on male or female blood elf, or on a name. I just really wish they could have been Trolls, How awesome would they have looked?

I’m usually rather embarrassed when it comes to admitting to playing WoW, at least when I’m currently playing it. Overall I’m not a big fan of the game, but … I do like playing it from time to time (new expansions), as long as I’ve got friends (a lot of ppl to play with this time around), and I do love creating characters.

Dragon Tips
Side Notes:
I have noticed that in a lot of games (usually MMO’s) when fighting a large boss like a dragon, you can often flank them. And attack them while being safe from their attacks. Sometimes this flanking area is a purely safe zone .. and well its kind of silly thinking that this giant creature can’t see or attack you when all the damage is coming from one side.

Gamer’s Log: Overwatch
Side Notes:
I was going to try and say more about the game, and do a bit of a real review of it. But I just wasn’t sure what all to say. It’s a Lot like TF2 (team fortress 2), but … feels smoother, better, funner, and well more variety. Even my ageing computer runs it well enough! Although that’s with the graphic settings as low as they can go. The game is pretty simple, follow objective waypoints, shoot people, work as a team, and STAY ON THE OBJECTIVE… and all will be good. Simple, and Super fun.

Well Look at that ! I finished them! All 9 profession’s next elite specs as I would love to see them… I’m very partial to the Sling King (Engineer) since I main an Engineer.. and well have loved that concept for some time now. While I don’t play mesmer.. (and can barely understand how they work)… My Goodness Would I love to play as a bard!
Anyway … Anet Check this out! Make it happen! (or at least some of it…) You can totally hire my as a consultant, I wont mind.

NOW IN COLOR!! / At first it was only line work, because I ran out of time to work on it.\ Hopefully I’ll be able (and remember) to start the next three earlier, so I don’t run into this problem again. Anyway, Here is the next three Profession Elite Spec (hopes and dreams random thought fun-times). Who knows.. maybe I can get Anet to see this and at least think about some of these ideas. Gamer’s Log: GW2 Elite Spec Wish List Part One
Side Notes:
This all started with a simple discussion on what weapon I’d like to see Engineer (my main class) get next E. Spec. From there it spiraled into what we thought would be cool for all the professions. Some are a bit more fleshed out than others. The Ranger Bunny Thumper stems from a popular build from Guild Wars (one). And I came up with a Elite Spec version of it, with the idea of entering a contest to come up with Elite Specs before HoT released. ( I lost interest before I finished and didn’t enter.) Anyway … next two weeks are gonna be more Elite Specializations.

Smelly Spies
Side Notes:
The last session of our Pathfinder campaign included a several different cloaked figures lurking about, seeming to watch us. They were constantly drinking ‘ Rotgut ‘ and later some cheese as well. Eventually we confronted the smelly spy, and found a new ally to join us in our adventure. ( A new player joined us, to help round out our party composition. They are playing a Skinwalker Drunkin’ Monk. )
